The 0.25mm coated drum heads we offer have a matte texture and a darker, brighter resonant tone, accompanied by a rustling sound when struck. The 14-inch snare drum boasts a genuine wood shell with 45-degree bearing edges, triple-flanged hoops, double-ended chrome-plated lugs in a 10-lug configuration, a classic strainer, 20-strand snare wires, and a coated drum head. The wood shell delivers a snappy, penetrating, and warm sound. The chrome-plated drum lugs and die-cast hoops focus the sound for crisp articulation and sensitivity. Next, loosen the middle wing nut and adjust the height of the stand, tightening it once the desired height is achieved. Open the basket, place the drum in, and use the basket's adjustment nut to secure the snare drum. Finally, adjust the angle of the snare basket by loosening the wing nut at the joint, finding the most comfortable angle for your playing, and then tightening the joint's wing nut.
